Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, all our shipping is 100% free.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free shipping worldwide via Fedex or EMS depending on the location of the buyer.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a billing address and also a shipping address 

Is your shipment secure?

Yes. Our products are completely insured while in transit. At the time of delivery, every purchase needs to be signed for; if you're not available and would like to pick the item up locally to you, then you will need to contact us so that we can arrange local pickup.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Typically it can take around 2 weeks before you can expect for your item to arrive, if you're from outside the USA there can be other obstacles such as customs which can delay arrival times.

Can I track my order?

Go to "Chat" (bottom right of the screen) and click on "Track my order". Than you need to click on "Enter order information" and need to enter your order number and email address

What kind of packaging do you use for shipping?

We use extremely safe packaging for shipping your items, we also make sure all our packages are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping in the USA is with Fedex and outside of the USA varies, in most cases we will use Fedex or EMS.

Are your shipments Insured?

Yes, all our packages are fully insured from lost or theft.

Can you have my package held for me at my local Fedex

Yes, we can, please send us a email at contact@diamondstudio.com with your name, tracking number and order number we will will take care of that for you.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO's

Sorry due to insurance with our logistics we do not ship to APO's or PO boxes. You must have a phyiscal adddress and someone to sign for the package.
