Where is my jewelry I ordered?

If your order tracking information is not showing that it has been shipped yet, it means that we are still working on getting your order ready. As soon as your order is completed, we will ship it out to you. We do not have an exact date for when your order will be shipped, but it usually takes around two weeks. We appreciate your patience and we promise to work hard to get your order to you as soon as we can. 

Can I create my own engagement ring design?

"Yes, we can make anything your heart and mind desire. If you have a custom item you would like us to make, please contact us at contact@diamondstudio.com and provide more information about what you would like us to create."

How can I determine my ring size?

Can I talk to someone on the phone?

We prefer to communicate with our customers through live chat or email so that our customer service representatives can track the progress of your order. When customers contact us via phone, important information about the order can be overlooked which can cause issues when other customer service reps have to assist with the order. However, if it is necessary to speak with someone, kindly send us an email at contact@diamondstudio.com along with your phone number and we will arrange for one of our managers to contact you promptly.

Can I request additional photos or videos of the diamond before purchasing?

Yes, if you would like a photo or video of the diamond itself, we can assist you with that, please send us an email at contact@diamondstudio.com with a link to the item, and we will provide you with a photo of the diamond.

How can I contact your customer support team?

You can contact a live customer support representative if we have one online, if not you can always email us at contact@diamondstudio.com, it can take anywhere from 12-24 hours before you can expect a reply back to your inquiry.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us at contact@diamondstudio.com, and please include your name, and order number in order for us to assist you with your cancellation, please note it can take 12-24 hours before you can expect a response.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

No, sorry we do not offer such a thing, we make sure we offer the same prices to both dealers and public buyers.

What is the process for resizing a diamond ring?

The ring can be sent back to us for resizing, but we strongly advise buyers to have it done locally to avoid it getting lost or stolen in the mail system; if you must send it back to us for resizing, please email us at contact@diamondstudio.com and provide us with your name and order number to better assist you. (Please note that shipping costs back and forth are the responsibility of the buyer)
