Shipping Cost and Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free of charge with your order. Diamond Studio does not cover the shipping costs for returned items.
  • Delivery Date: During your shopping, you will be provided with an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed time frame for your order. It is automatically calculated based on the total amount of time required to process your order, production, and delivery process as well as your shipping address.
  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is based on delivery to capital cities. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. Diamond Studio does not take responsibility for delayed shipments to remote areas or regions where the postal services are performed on certain schedules.

Insured Shipping 

Your order will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or EMS. Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. All our packages are insured during transit. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Diamond Studio does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package has been returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, Diamond Studio reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.

If you have not received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder as well. If you don't know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier's website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you at contact@diamondstudio.com In case of any problems, Diamond Studio will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

Delivery Address

Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses. Please note that the courier does not accept packages addressed to post office addresses and these packages are not covered by shipping insurance. In the case where the shipping address is a post office box address, Diamond Studio does not take any responsibility for delays, lost packages or address correction charges. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, please make sure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file so that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.

For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support contact@diamondstudio.com to check the possibility of holding the shipment
