What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay (Pay In Installments), Google Pay (Gpay), Meta Pay, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer in-house financing, but we do offer access to Paypal Pay Later, or if you wish, you can get PayPal Credit; using those services is subject to their terms and services, and you will need to visit their website for more information. These services may not be available in all countries. There is also Shop Pay that allows for you to pay in installments offered at checkout.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

No, we do not charge any sales taxes. All our products are 100% tax-free.

Will I need to pay customs or duties?

 If you live outside of the USA, you might be required to pay taxes or duties based on your country's tax laws or regulations, make sure to check with your local Government officials to confirm this information before making a purchase.

Do you have any special discounts?

We do not offer any other discounts outside of our offered prices, we already offer lower-than-normal prices in comparison to other retailers.

Do you price match?

Yes, we try to keep our prices as low as possible; if you find a major competitor with a better price**, forward us the URL of the major retailer, and we will match their price. **Some terms and conditions may apply. Please check our terms of service for more information.

Can I split my Payments into Multiple Payments?

Yes, we offer ShopPay with allows for you to split your payments into installments.

Do you offer Layaway?

We do not offer layaway, but we do offer ShopPay which allows you to split your order into installments. Keep in mind all our jewelry is made to order and we can make it at any time you need it.

I can't make Payment, or payment is not processing.

If you're having payment issues, usually those can be resolved by contacting your payment provider. If you're still not able to get your payment issues resolve, please contact us at contact@diamondstudio.com and we will see if we can assist you in resolving those issues.

Are your prices inclusive of taxes and duties?

We do not charge sales taxes in the USA. If you live outside of the USA you might be required to pay taxes or duties based on your country's tax laws or regulations, make sure to check with your local Government officials to confirm this information.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer 60 day money back guarantee on all our jewelry, and a lifetime warranty on our clarity enhanced and lab created diamonds from any cracking, damage, cloudiness, you must have the diamond in your possession in order for this warranty to be valid, we also offer a lifeitme warranty on all lost or lose melee and accented stones, if you have lost a melee diamond out of your ring please contact us for repair at contact@diamondstudio.com. If you want any extended warranties we strongly suggest adding your jewelry to your current insurance plan or looking for 3rd party jewelry insurance to protect you in the event that your ring gets lost or stolen.

I would like a refund

Sorry to hear you would like to return the item you purchase, if you would like to return this for a full refund or exchange, please send us an email to contact@diamondstudio.com with your name, reason for return and your order number.

Do you offer miltary discounts?

Sorry we do not offer any additional discounts, we provide all buyers the same discounted price for our diamond Jewelry.

Can I pay with multiple credit cards?

If you need to pay with multiple credit cards please email us at contact@diamondstudio.com include you name, item you're interested in along with a message indicating why you're contacting us.
