Condition and documentation
Returned jewelry should be unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by any packaging, certificates, appraisals, or included documentation when applicable.
Warranty support
Warranty requests are reviewed based on the item, condition, and issue reported. Damage from misuse, impact, outside repair, or unusual wear may fall outside standard coverage.
