(a) The vendor reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time by giving customers a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to the changes coming into effect. This prior notification will take the form of the publication of the modified General Terms and Conditions on the diamondstudio.com website, stating the date on which the changes will come into force.

(b) If the customer does not register his or her opposition to the changes within 2 weeks of their publication, the amended terms and conditions will be considered accepted. *Please Note: The 2 weeks notification period will be strictly adhered to.
