Every item is custom made to order, brand new for its customer. Allow approximately 2 to 2½ weeks from ordering for your piece to arrive. This estimate includes production and delivery; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping & delivery
Worldwide shipping is free. Shipments are insured in transit and require a signature at delivery. We typically use FedEx or EMS, depending on destination. A physical delivery address is required; we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Planning a proposal or special occasion?
Ask the studio to confirm your required arrival date before ordering. Production, destination, carrier service and customs can affect the estimate. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
International orders
Orders outside the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs charges or duties. Check the requirements for your destination before ordering.
60-day returns on every item, including made-to-order and engraved pieces.
60-day returns
Every item has a 60-day return period after delivery. This includes standard catalog designs, made-to-order pieces, engraved items and other customizations. A sale price or an accepted offer does not remove your return period.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Contact the studio for return shipping instructions and any applicable costs before sending your jewelry.
Care & warranty support
Contact the studio with your order details and a description of the issue for warranty or aftercare help. The return period also applies to customized items. For loss or theft, consider separate jewelry insurance.

Help with an existing order
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@diamondstudio.com and include your name and order number. We will help if the order has not moved too far into production. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for a response.
Care after your purchase
Yes. We can help with maintenance such as rhodium plating, tightening stones, resizing, inspections, and general service. For some services, local care may be safer because mailing jewelry back and forth requires proper insurance. The Nadia 5 Carat Round Cut Lab-Grown Diamond Pavé Milgrain Engagement Ring combines the brilliance of a substantial round center diamond with elegant pavé accents and refined milgrain detailing.
