Natural diamonds can be exchanged for 100% credit toward a new natural diamond when the new diamond is at least twice the original value. Lab grown diamonds can be exchanged for 100% credit toward a new lab grown diamond when the new diamond is at least twice the original value.
Resizing after purchase
We can assist with resizing, but we strongly recommend using a trusted local jeweler when possible to avoid the risk of shipping valuable jewelry. If the ring must be sent back to us, email contact@diamondstudio.com with your name and order number. Shipping costs both ways are the buyer's responsibility.
Caring for your piece
For jewelry worn daily, we recommend an inspection every 6 to 12 months. This is especially helpful for rings with prongs, pave details, accent stones, or delicate settings.
