Customer Care
Pricing Policy
Diamond Studio works to keep pricing accurate, transparent, and aligned with the materials, craftsmanship, diamond details, and service included with each item.
Prices may vary based on diamond specifications, metal type, ring size, customization, and market conditions.
Promotions and limited-time offers may change without applying retroactively to all past orders.
If a pricing error is found, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.
What affects price
Diamond quality, carat weight, cut, certification, metal type, setting complexity, production requirements, and customization can all affect final price.
Promotions and offers
Discounts, gifts, and sale pricing may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, and exclusions. Offer details should be reviewed before checkout.
Errors and corrections
We work to keep information accurate. If a price, promotion, or product detail is incorrect, Diamond Studio may correct the issue and contact the customer before proceeding.
