How upgrade requests work
Contact support before sending any jewelry. Our team will review the original order, item type, documentation, and your preferred new piece. If an upgrade path is available, we will explain next steps, inspection requirements, estimated credit, timing, shipping instructions, and any costs that may apply.
Settings and custom work
Ring settings and custom work may have different upgrade, return, or remounting limitations than loose diamonds. A setting that fits one diamond may not safely fit another shape, size, or measurement profile.
Important instruction
Do not ship jewelry to Diamond Studio unless support has provided written instructions. The written support response for your order controls the next steps.
